Cancellation Policy

A valid credit card will be required on file when booking an appointment. Keeping a card on file does NOT mean you have to use this card to pay for services. If for any reason you cancel your appointment 48 hours prior of the appointment time, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file. If you cancel within 24 hours or same day, 100% of the service booked will be charged to the card on file. If you are 10 minutes late to your appointment without a text/call, this is considered a NO SHOW and you will be charged 100% of the service booked. If you are 10 minutes late to your appointment & show up a late fee may be required at checkout and I will have to service the client with what time we have left remaining in the appointment slot. No shows will result in termination as a client. I am very understanding and know that life does happen. I respect my clients time & expect the same in return. Cancellation fees will be charged on a case to case situation.
